据我所知，绝大多数SCI期刊都不收版面费，但有些期刊有页码限制，超过规定页码要收费。这种收费方式又有两种，强制收费和非强制收费，具体说起来比较麻烦，大家可以查看期刊主页上的Information for Authors。下面是我知道的与控制（包括滤波）有关的SCI国际期刊，其中ASJC有页码限制，IJICIC收版面费，印象中IJCAS也收版面费，现在在它的主页上找不到相关信息了，不知道现在是否收费。大家点击期刊名称就可以链接到期刊主页。
