一、软件基本知识

    1、Strong C programming skill and RTOS knowledge.

    2、Good knowledge about SW development methods both waterfall process and agile methods.

    3、Familiar with assembly and C language, familiar with the process of compiling link.

    4、Experience in embedded SW developing or Linux SW developing is a plus.

二、行业相关知识

    1、Basic knowledge on 3GPP standard, algorithms design and implementation.

    2、A good understanding of Digital Signal Processors and Digital Signal Processing.

    3、Experience in embedded software, Esp. in telecommunication equipment.

    4、Familiar with Socket programming, IP and TCP / UDP protocol.

    5、Understand the principles of the operating system, at least familiar with one kind of operating system. Understanding of distributed systems.

    6、Familiar with the x86 computer architecture.

    7、Understanding of linux drivers, VFS and file systems (FreeBSD system is preferred).

    8、Familiar with telecom products, and experience of developing telecom protocol software.

三、工作经验

    1、2+ Years of working experience in DSP or Communication fields are preferred.

    2、Knowledge on LTE/TD-SCDMA/WiMax/WCDMA L1 UL technology (Rake receiver, interference cancellation, MIMO, Channel decoding, etc.) is a plus.

    3、Test automation experience with Python.
